Chocolate Pistachio Sharing Sundae
Easy Homemade Pistachio Ice Cream Recipe: English – Urdu
Ingredients:
- Chocolate ice cream – 500 ml
- Pistachio ice cream – 500 ml
- Pistachio – 60 gm roughly chopped
- White chocolate, cranberry and pistachio cookies roughly crushed
- Chocolate sauce – 8 tbsp
Easy Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe: English – Urdu
Method:
- Add a scoop of chocolate ice cream and a scoop of pistachio ice cream to 4 sundae glasses.
- Top with half the chopped pistachios and half of the crushed cookies.
- Repeat with another scoop of each flavor of ice cream.
- Warm the chocolate sauce in a small pan or microwave, then drizzle over the ice cream.
- Top with the remaining pistachio and cookies.
- Share each sundae between two.
